Zenco Uno, Duo and Flow units have a Limited 1-Year Warranty starting from the purchase date. The warranty includes the base unit, any faulty components due to material or workmanship issues under regular use and maintenance within the one-year period.
Glassware warranty does not cover breakage. Commercial usage is not covered due to excessive daily use.
In the unlikely event your unit is defective, please contact Zenco Headquarters which takes care of all technical product warranty issues. Zenco HQ will work to troubleshoot the problem quickly and either repair or replace parts at no cost to you.
